My Story in Commercial Aviation

Kurt, a Bozeman native with a BS in Finance from MSU, and 24-year Air Force veteran, will be sharing with us his journey to become both an Air Force and commercial pilot, first with Continental Express (7 years) and currently with Southwest Airlines (for over 19 years and counting). He built his own plane, an RV-6a, in his garage from 1999 through 2004 and enjoys flying it for fun. He is also teaching his son to fly it.  We will get to learn what a day in the life of a commercial pilot is all about; and all of the perks and challenges that go along with it.
