Glen Lake Rotary Park: A Case Study on Public/Private Partnership

This presentation will provide an overview of Glen Lake Rotary Park’s history and the unique partnership with Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club, the City of Bozeman, NorthWestern Energy and others. Learn how public-private collaboration funded the 2024 south entrance, parking and trail improvements, and see the vision for the future phases of park improvements.  This presentation will be adapted from a recent presentation at the 2025 Montana Trails, Recreation and Parks Association (MTRPA) Annual Conference.
