Last week you learned about one of Rotary’s “pillar causes,” but did you know that Rotary has 7 primary causes (plus the flagship cause of End Polio Now) that Rotary is dedicated to? Rotary is dedicated to causes that build international relationships, improve lives, and create a better world to support our peace efforts and end polio forever. They are: Promoting Peace, Fighting Disease, Providing Clean Water, Sanitation, & Hygiene, Saving Mothers and Children, Supporting Education, Growing Local Economies, and Protecting the Environment. And of course: Ending Polio Forever.
This week's Rotary Trivia Q: In the coming weeks we will explore each cause Rotary supports and promotes. The first cause is: How does Rotary promote peace?
Answer: _____ (find out next week + a lil related tidbit)
