50 years ago, Tina Buckingham followed a dream to be in a movie and began a self-made career that flourishes to this day. Working as a Casting Director and Location scout, she has been a pivotal figure behind the scenes of many iconic films made in Montana. She also teaches and inspires people to be passionate and self-confident. She models and promotes mentorship. Tina will give a brief history of movie-making in Montana and leave you wondering why filmmaking is not valued as an industry in this state.
