Come join us at Eagle Mount to learn from Dr. John Seifert - MSU Exercise Science Professor on how research helps the skiing community. 

Dr. Seifert's presentation will revolve around two topic areas, how skiing can be used to maintain fitness levels throughout the winter months and how research has helped the Paralympian athletes better define their training programs to withstand the rigors of their sport.
