Simultaneous to this\, we need 6-1 0 people to assist in cutting and removing cattails from the meandering st ream section just off the Manley Road (North Entrance). Jobs include cutti ng the cattails\, passing those to people who transport them (via wheelbar row) to a staging area near the road\, and another group loading them into a dumpster for removal.  Should take 2-3 hours if a full team shows.
