Club Service, also known as our Administrative committee, coordinates the working structure of each business meeting, as well as oversees the organization of weekly program speakers, the setup and food at our meeting venues, any special audio/visual needs for members or speakers, and managing the club's electronic record-keeping for dues, Rotary reporting and attendance.

 

At the end of each fiscal year (before June 30), the club at large gets to celebrate their accomplishments over the past 11+ months and congratulate the outgoing year President, while also welcoming the new incoming President for the next fiscal year.
